“House” MD, always amuses me. I usually Roll on the Floor Laughing or insist to anyone present that they “call a Homeopath” and free the patient from his/her misery.
The latest episode that I have viewed was not, however, risible.
It concerned a little girl with an unidentifiable rash, misdiagnosed, misprescribed to the point where she ended up in the OR being prepped for amputation.
Meanwhile “House” goes through his usual dysfunctional egomaniacal emotional contortions. No Homeopathist can afford that level of self aggrandisement. Our discipline keeps our focus on the patient and it’s challenges keep us humble. It is, as Dr. John Diamond, (MD, DOM, HD) puts it so eloquently, “the hardest medicine to learn and the hardest to practice…”
But mercifully easy on the patient…
I wonder how many people have undergone procedures that would have been rendered unnecessary by Homeopathic intervention.
I do know a significant number of procedures that were cancelled due to Homeopathic intervention.
Which is one reason mediocrities hate us. And one reason why the more brilliant MDs respect us.
It’s just incredibly sad for the world that the truth about Homeopathy is suppressed.
Even sadder for little pre-nates. They’re fighters!
In the meantime, House continues to amuse and reinforce my love of Homeopathic protocols.
