The Universal Declaration of Human Rights

“House” MD and Homeopathy

“House” MD, always amuses me.  I usually Roll on the Floor Laughing or insist to anyone present  that they “call a Homeopath” and free the patient from his/her misery.

The latest episode that I have viewed was not, however, risible.

It concerned a little girl with an unidentifiable rash, misdiagnosed, misprescribed to the point where she ended up in the OR being prepped for amputation.

Meanwhile “House” goes through his usual dysfunctional egomaniacal emotional contortions.  No Homeopathist can afford that level of self aggrandisement.  Our discipline keeps our focus on the patient and it’s challenges keep us humble.  It is, as Dr. John Diamond, (MD, DOM, HD) puts it so eloquently, “the hardest medicine to learn and the hardest to practice…”

But mercifully easy on the patient…

I wonder how many people have undergone procedures that would have been rendered unnecessary by Homeopathic intervention.

I do know a significant number of procedures that were cancelled due to Homeopathic intervention.

Which is one reason mediocrities hate us.  And one reason why the more brilliant MDs respect us.

It’s just incredibly sad for the world that the truth about Homeopathy is suppressed.

Even sadder for little pre-nates.  They’re fighters!

In the meantime, House continues to amuse and reinforce my love of Homeopathic protocols.

NATASHA’S BRAIN INJURY – Could Homeopathy have helped?

Traumatic Brain Injury – Homeopathy as First Responder

Could Homeopathy have saved Natasha Richardson?

A beautiful young actress died on a ski slope recently.  Her death was a shock.

She tumbled on the beginner’s slope and fell.

Being British and a consummate theatre professional, she got herself up, dusted the snow up and walked away.  Stiff upper lip and the “show goes on.”  The Irish are the last to seek treatment.  British come a close second.  There’s no reference to that in Merck’s chapter on cultural sensitivities.

We are all so “respectful” of “patients’ rights” that her refusal of medical assistance was accepted.

She was with her young sons.  I don’t know if there was another adult in the party who might have said…”hold on there, that looked a little rough, at least wait a bit…”

As the minutes ticked by Natasha Richardson allegedly became more disoriented and was eventually brought to hospital.

There are two situations where investigation should be mandatory, and that is: a blow to the head, or a fall in which the head is compromised and where the patient is under the influence or has an abreaction to substances legal or illegal.

In the case of Traumatic Brain Injury, the Homeopathic Arnica Montana should be given sublingua in potency.

It will not create a false negative, but will diminish the shock to the body and minimise the injury.

This does not interfere with orthodox treatment, and does not preclude further Homeopathic assistance as in a change of remedy where indicated and appropriate.

The tincture may be dabbed on the wrists, but on no account may it be used on an open wound.

There are methods of determining the presence of brain trauma en route to the ER, not instead of the ER or A&E as they say in England.

One of the more obvious is the use of a soft, direct light to determine pupillary reflex, but there are a number of others that orthodox medicine seems not to understand.

Attempts to enlighten them are met with condescending resistance, followed by a published paper a few years up the road.  (“Endocrine soup – hormonal involvement in the establishment of addiction in pedophiles” is one example.  That was 1983.)

Now that I have said my piece on behalf of Homeopathy, here’s a thought for the Old School:

Grow up!

A patient presenting with symptoms of TBI seems to provide a “Christmas Day” scenario for the sadists in Medicine.

Then again, almost any vulnerable patient arriving unescorted is “party time” for medical professionals and hospital clerks who belong behind bars – and not as Corrections Officers either.

Then again, my experience and crucible of observation is New York City, the capital of multicult liberalism, where every culture is respected except that of the white European.

“We bad!” as Richard Pryor might say.

An obese EMT stood over a friend bleeding from the forehead, shouting:

“Were you unconscious or weren’t you unconscious.”

She had been  unconscious but too concussed to respond.  When she could write her name but not speak it, they couldn’t put that together with the left parietal wound and realize her linguistic centers were damaged.

Fatboy set her up as a “problem” patient so on arrival at the ER, the intern with the pinprick pupils (drug use) and his misogynist boyfriend nurse with the filthy “whites” started to mock her.

An Englishman came to her assistance and helped her home, but she received no investigation, XRay, MRI, CT Scan, just abuse and a deteriorating condition.

She eventually recovered following Homeopathic intervention and some physiotherapy from the International Center for the Disabled but suffered unecessarily.

I’d hate to think of Natasha Richardson in such a condition entering a New York area hospital emergency room as an “unknown.”

She would be met with waves of passive aggression and racial hatred.

As is, being a celebrity she probably had the best money could buy.

She didn’t have the additional chance of survival afforded by Homeopathy’s arsenal against injury and illness.

Military, please copy.  Mothers, make your elected representatives aware that you want a Homeopathic option for your children as alternative or complementary Emergency Treatment.

If any good derives from this tragic loss to stage, screen and family, it may be increased awareness of the care and treatment of head injuries.  TBI has been neglected for far too long, and TBI patients treated as substandard or a nuisance.

May the angels fly you to eternal joy and peace, Natasha, on the wings of the love you generated in your too brief sojourn here.

Traumatic Brain Injury – the case for collaborative care.

TBI  Part One
One of my most valuable possessions is a book in French.  It was given to me by a priest-bishop who was my post thrombosis patient.  On the fly leaf he has written a message…in his own handwriting.

It’s a bit wobbly, but it’s written by a man who was written off by one of the best rehab hospitals in the State.  (Goldwater)  He was told that his right arm was paralyzed and that there was no point in even giving him physio.

He had been stranded in a Respiratory Care unit for 18months, completely paralysed on his right side.  He was intubated, in pain, fed through a stoma in his stomach, subject to frequent infections with concommitants.  Was not responding to strong broad spectrum anti-biotics.

He was stable, moved from Respiratory Unit to a nursing home wing, given his own room, concelebrated Mass, went to the Papal Masses, etc.  I didn’t see him for a while.

He had a stomach bleed – probably an infection from the ill fitting stoma – they took him in a bumpy ambulance across 59th St bridge to Bellevue, gave him a transfusion, returned him the same day, and he went into a coma.  I was attending to a family matter in Ireland, and returned two weeks later to find a call from his order regarding his status.

He was now a different unit where I had no support for treating him, so I would read to him.  Thomas Aquinas verses in Latin.  There were certain lines that would be sacred and special to a priest.  Always at those lines he would move his leg or arm.  The orthodox “dox” said it was “decubital” movements, but I am convinced otherwise.  He went to the Lord a week after my return.  I believe that he was waiting to say goodbye.

I also believe that his intercession saved a young man’s life.  The young man had lent him his shoes for a Mass concelebrated with Cardinal O’Connor as the hospital could only provide sneakers and his order was in another State!  The assault took place very close to my friend’s hospital.  He ran in there, his head and hands scut open with a machete, and the staff stabilised him, (even tho it wasn’t a trauma center) and then accommodated me with incredible kindness.

That is one emotion I can share with you, friend, and that is the outrage and pain of having a child almost taken from you by the violence of an acquaintance.  At least your daughter’s assailant is behind bars.  The perpetrator in this case walks the street more freely than his victim.

Another TBI patient was smashed in the head by a falling tree in Africa. He had no sensation in his left arm and it was completely paralysed. Again, “no point in physiotherapy.” He lived with it for years.

After three months of Homeopathic treatment, he had full sensation to the elbow and some mobility.

I recommended a return visit to the neurologist, but not more than three physio sessions per week, if any were prescribed.

The neurologist was so impressed that he started an accelerated program of nine sessions per week, and lost the patient to a cerebral hemorrhage (brain bleed) three weeks later. I was invited to the funeral, but not to save my patient!

There are many such “impossible” cases in my files.

Problem is, when they return to orthodoxy, the orthodox health providers to whom we refer patients for diagnosis or treatment not available to us, eg., physiotherapy, neglect to call us in when problems occur.

We have many TBI patients who are alive and well. The above are cases where lack of collaboration compromised the patient’s survival.

Homeopathy and the German Sea Captain

The German Sea Captain with Parkinsons

A patient died a few months ago, always a sad occasion. However, Captain “Hans” had a good innings. 94 years of age.

During World War II he was given command of laying mines across the English Channel. After the war he assisted the Allies in the location and retrieval of said mines. Liked the English a lot.

Until I found a Classical Homeopathist, childhood and adolescence were fraught with suffering. Not being very saintly, my inspirations were WWII commandos and Douglas Bader types, and I was definitely tuned into the “Don’t mention the war” episode of Fawlty Towers, the one not sold to German Television.

Yet it was an extraordinary medical science, developed by a German doctor, Samuel Hahnemann, that saved my life, gave me my first experience with good health, and allowed me to eventually assist so many other people, otherwise considered incurable. Hahnemann inspired most major developments in orthodox medicine, such as genetics, immunology, neurology, psychosomatics, etc., and was the true genius of the 2nd millennium.

So when Captain Hans’ daughter called me to assist him two years ago, I responded with gratitude.

This strong, amazingly fit man was experiencing fine tremors, and was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Could I do anything? I said I would try, that I was hopeful, because of his good health, careful lifestyle, and because he had declined orthodox medicine. Our remedies are most effective on a “clear field.”

Within two months of treatment the tremors had ceased completely and he was asymptomatic for his remaining years.

I have many such cases in my files, of cases considered “incurable,” that quickly responded to Homeopathic therapies.

It helped that he had led a clean, active life, adhered to a nourishing, healthy diet, no bad habits, and had a sturdy constitution.

That certainly contributed to the rapidity of his recovery.

It is tragic, however, that medicine/pharmatech has relocated to the “Island of Dr. Moreau” in a desperate, futile attempt to create an expensive treatment for a disease they do not understand. They do understand, however, that Western Governments will pick up the tab for the research and treatment and the population will look away when the little frozen human embryos are tossed into the garbage or dissolved in acid, to destroy evidence of the sick and ghastly experiments presently conducted in the name of science.

ABOUT DR MCNAMARA

 DR. DEIRDRE MCNAMARA, HOMEOPATHIST

Internationally renowned Homeopathist, Dr. Deirdre McNamara has practised Homeopathy in New York City over twenty years.

Always drawn to Medicine, McNamara discovered Homeopathy in her teens when British Homeopathist Roy Ogden gave the “sickly child” her first experience of good health.

She studied independently for years until formalizing her knowledge at Brantraidge Forest School in Sussex England.

McNamara was a pioneer in the alternative health-nutritional-environmental movement of the 1970s and in the renaissance of Homeopathy in the US and Europe.

She is the first Homeopathist to consult in a New York Municipal Hospital in a century, with great results for the patient and considerable saving to the taxpayer. (Estimate 3 million on one patient!)

McNamara has treated multiple conditions in recovering heroin addicts, most notably restoring health to  Hep C patients.  “It’s great to see zero viral load in the lab reports, but the best reward is watching the patient’s complexion transform from grey to rosy pink.”

As below, patients responding to Homeopathic treatment encompass a range of difficult or intractable conditions, including infertility and Parkinsons.

McNamara’s patients include Hollywood “names” and religious, otherwise referred to as “stars and angels!”

Homeopathy is the Dynamic Therapy

Green, healthy, the most researched and proven therapeutic system of all time, Homeopathy was developed by distinguished Leipzig physician, Dr. Samuel Hahnemann n 1792!  It’s theory and praxis hold up today and still lead.

Hahnemann’s work inspired the development of hematology, genetics, psychiatry, nutritional and environmental medicine, immunology, epidemiology, etc., and it is still light years ahead of orthodox medicine.

It’s efficacy brought on the hostility of the pharmaceutical industry who saw Homeopathists produce better results and cut into profits.  Despite our superior statistics pharmatech succeeded in closing our hospitals and faculties, and inhibit our practices but the enlightened still appreciate us.  That includes individual MDs of very high standing.

After thirty years practice, Homeopathy still surprises and delights me.

Documented responses to Homeopathic Therapies

Hepatitis C – Negative viral load

Coma – alert within 24 hours

Cellulitis – where Abx failed

Asthma – inhalers not required

Allergies – negative or minimum reaction to allergens

PTSD – freedom from psych trauma

Fractures – accelerated healing, including seniors w. osteoporosis

Burns and Chemical burns – accelerated healing

Eschar – 24 hour recovery

PMS, Parkinsons, IBS, ME, CFS, etc.

THE SCIENCE OF HOMEOPATHY VS MAGGOTS AND LEECHES

Homeopathy and science vs maggots and leeches

(copyright 2008 D McNamara)

By

Deirdre McNamara, Doctor of Homeopathy

A writer for Alive recently described Homeopathy as “Magical thinking” and therefore out of bounds for Catholics.  I guess she knew better than Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta.

Theological proscriptions are best left to Benedict XVI.  Homeopathic medicine is the only Western system 100% consistent with the magisterium of the Church. Developed in 1792, sci-tech

began to catch up in the late twentieth century, plundering our knowledge and systems without any real results, their labs littered with tortured animals and little embryos, poor little human babies murdered in vitro or in vivo.

Homeopathy has already proven its ability to cure the incurable; to treat antibiotic resistant disease; to eliminate viral load in Hep C patients, and to facilitate human reproduction without invasive and ignominious procedures where other systems have failed.  We have outshone allopathy consistently and statistically, becoming a threat to Big Pharma with its emphasis on “maintenance” Medicine.  We deserve equal time and funding to re-establish Homeopathy’s curative properties.  They are already proven.

Personally I’m getting fed up of MDs altering their “untreatable/inoperable” diagnoses after a patient returns with “mysterious remission”  following consultation with a Homeopathist.  Here’s another clarification; those “mysterious remissions” are often due to homeopathic intervention.  It is sad that trust between patient and physician is at such a low ebb that patients believe it necessary to conceal their visits to Homeopathists.  However 64% of UK GPs refer chronic patients to Homeopaths, so, unmolested by big Pharma, allopaths and homeopaths can work symbiotically to elevate patient care while simultaneously lowering costs.

“Mammon” in the form of the Pharmaceutical industry spent millions trying to close us down, but as the wise rabbi Gamaliel declared, “if it is from God it will endure.”  We endured, and rebounded strongly in the seventies and eighties, leading a forty billion dollar industry in gentle, natural adjuncts and forcing a revolution in orthodox medical strategies. Observing this, Pharmatech controlled allopathy hijacked two centuries of Homeopathic research into nutritional and environmental factors in disease, and finally listened to our warnings regarding over-prescribing and antibiotic resistant bacteria.  Too bad they didn’t consult us regarding the use of animal proteins in the feeding of herbivores!

Enter Big Pharma again, with a different strategy:  instead of outright suppression, they invested heavily in confusing the public.  Diabolical!

Before, our patients were well informed.  Now many arrive completely ill informed with confused expectations, and requiring education.  In NYC many arrive angry and defensive after dealing with NY’s aggressive, patient-hostile system.   Educating each patient can be wearying and time consuming.

Back to science.

In 1790 surgeons walked around in blood encrusted clothes; the filthier the clothes, the more distinguished the surgeon.  This meant a high mortality rate for patients, particularly mothers.  The hot tar poured on amputated stumps generally killed all bacteria, and men could use rum and whiskey to get them through systemic infections – not an option for women in childbirth! Some survived prescribed maggots and leeches.  Women, however, had to get through childbirth using barbaric methods of delivery and died at an extraordinary rate from something called puerperal fever transmitted by surgeons to their patients.  Suffering was so acute that many rejected their babies or couldn’t nurse.

Then came Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, a physician and pharmacist. In 1792 a friend was seriously ill with malaria.  He mind noted the similarity of his buddy’s symptoms to the symptoms created by the ingestion of excessive quantities of quinine.

Quinine is also known as Cinchona bark, named for the Countess of Cinchon, Peru who gave it to Jesuit Missionaries who brought it to Europe. It was given to her by a surgeon better known as St. Martin de Porres. Hahnemann referred to Homeopathy as “Gift of a Gracious God.”

Dr. Hahnemann administered Cinchona to his friend who recovered rapidly. Quinine became the standard treatment for Malaria.

Hahnemann and associates set about creating the most comprehensive, best researched medical system of all time.  So far ahead of the science of his day, it has taken 200 years for science and technology to prove the presence of energy fields in the micro-diluted remedies.  Being a “prophetic” scientist, Hahnemann had to work with the limited language of 18th century science.  He led, anticipated and inspired immunology, psychosomatics, the understanding and treatment of mental illness asepsis, environmental and nutritional sciences, and still leads.

Homeopathic medicine has yet to be surpassed, and our remedies have held up for two centuries, yet we are denied resources to systemize our discoveries and document the recoveries of patients diagnosed with incurable disease. When medicine was doctor driven, homeopaths and allopaths enjoyed a collegial rivalry, uniting for optimum service to patient.  NY Life Insurance even gave our patients a discount.  Longer lives, fewer health problems and complications.

Tragically, Homeopathy could probably cut medical costs by 50% with a tenfold improvement in patient care but billions have been poured into orthodoxy, resulting in BSE, MRSA/HIV, etc., and multiple recalls of prescription medicine pushed on the public with falsified research, and a return to leeches and maggots.

Food in NY now has the same slimy taste; this due to the presence of “modified” corn syrup, probably Monsanto’s monopolist variety.  Their lawsuits against America’s farmers has destroyed the indigenous corn supply and the use of the ubiquitous filler, absence of nutrition based flavor heavily disguised with another disgusting product, “chili oil” has led to a nation of obese diabetics who suffer immensely trying one diet after another to lose weight, because their bodies cannot process the genetically modified high “fructose” corn syrup while the well-to-do create a genetically superior sub species with specialty high price foods imported from Europe, Canada, etc.  By the way, Mexico still has over four hundred varieties of corn.  Track the Monsanto jet going south.

Then there’s ethanol.  Anyone smell a rat when Government starts pretending it’s ecologically concerned?  That deal with Brazil will benefit developers as rain-forests are destroyed in order to create fields and clearings for the genetically modified crops.

Then, “science” is now corrupting another species: the safflower – splicing in human genes to create insulin.  It sounds so nice and innocent, but if they weren’t poisoning people with GM corn syrup they wouldn’t need the insulin in the first and second place.  It starts out with human insulin, but God knows where these “Dr. Moreaus” intend to take it.  Look at the discarded human embryos, murdered in the name of Science.  How can these hateful people take human life with such impunity.  If they can do that to babies, how do you think they’ll treat the rest of us?

As Minister for Trade and Enterprise, Ireland’s present Minister for Health brought in representatives of Biotech without any explanation as to research, products, etc.  Isn’t time we started asking serious questions, requiring detailed and specific answers.

Posthumous Papal honors for Dr. Hahnemann would begin to address two centuries of injustice to the devout genius of the second millennium.

Homeopathy Works

HOMEOPATHY WORKS

Homeopathy is proven effective in many “incurable” conditions.

In 1972, Dr. Samuel Hahnemann’s extraordinary work opened the door to a new era in medicine.

Surgical asepsis, Immunology,  Hematology,  psychosomatics, nutrition, environmental awareness, genetics, hematology all have their origin in Hahnemann’s prophetic exegesis of the etiology and treatment of disease.

The Society of Homeopaths was the first organization of medical professionals in the United States of America.  It attracted the top graduates from the best medical schools in the nation.  American Homeopaths such as Constantine Hering and Harrison Coulter added invaluable research to the vast Homeopathic Repertory.

No allopathic medicine has been researched as thoroughly as Homeopathic remedies.  In recent years our knowledge has been plundered and misused.

Homeopathic remedies do not induce side effects or impose a chemical condition on the body.     They stimulate the immune system to heal itself.  In extreme conditions, such as malnutrition, exhaustion and poor sanitary conditions, they can sustain the patient until conditions improve, but only so far.  The human body does not exist in a vacuum.

Animals are never used in the testing of Homeopathic remedies.

The average Homeopath lives and works to his/her eighties.  The average MD lives to 65, (Dr. Margaret Blackie, homeopath to Queen Elizabeth) but since adopting some of our praxes on diet, nutrition and avoiding unnecessary medication, that has probably improved.

Homeopathy’s success and superior survival statistics in our hospitals alarmed the Pharmaceutical industry which funded and formed the AMA to systematically suppress and close down the Homeopaths.  Homeopaths and Allopaths had enjoyed a friendly, collegial rivalry and collaboration for the benefit of patients until the Miller Act closed our Universities, Hospitals, and robbed our physicians of their medical licenses.  Late 20th century assertion of “Restraint of Trade” Laws benefited practitioners of alternative medicine, which generated a 40 billion dollar a year industry in vitamins and health supplements.

No longer able to suppress us, Pharmatech embarked on an elaborate PR scheme to confuse and scare the general public.  Acupuncture, Massage, and other adjunctive therapies were roped into the domain of allopathic medicine and the Homeopaths were left to stand alone against a barrage of well-funded campaign of disinformation.

One cordial young Canadian physician told me that he “had nothing against Homeopathy except the elaborate claims made by its practitioners.”

I didn’t have the heart to tell the young man that his statement underscored the poverty of allopathic medicine which has resorted to torturing and destroying prenatal infants, embryos, etc., in order to find cures for conditions responding to Homeopathic therapies.

We do not make the “elaborate claims.”  They are made by our patients.  They are made by physicians and surgeons unaware that many of the “spontaneous remissions,” “fastest recovery,” “‘miraculous’ emergence from coma,” etc., have been generated by well considered, experienced Homeopaths.

These remarks occur too consistently to be coincidence or random “Darwinistic” occurrences.

While I have been privileged to treat eminent allopaths and their families, I have also encountered bigots who would rather undergo surgery and its sequelae than prove our deeply researched, centuries-validated potentials are curative.

Caveat:  A patient enjoying immediate benefits shares that with a friend.  However,  the friend’s condition may be deeper and more enduring, requiring more time for full recovery to manifest.  Protocols differ according to chronicity of disease.  Homeopathy is precise, and patient friendly.

Some conditions responding to Homeopathic treatment:

Hepatitis C Heroin addicts free of viral load

Coma Same day recovery

Cellulitis Where antibiotics failed, Homeopathy healed

Asthma Independence from inhalers and steroids/weaning

Allergies Negative or minimised symptoms

PTSD/Trauma Negative or minimised symptoms

Fractures Accelerated healing even in elderly w osteoporosis

Burns Accelerated healing

Chemical burns Accelerated healing

Pneumonia/Pleurisy Rapid recovery (inc Abx resistant patients)

Eschar Overnight healing

PMS Negative or minimised symptoms

Parkinsons Disease Rapid complete recovery in nonegenerian

Developmental Disabilities  Marked improvement in speech and cognitive skills

IBS/Crone’s Disease Asymptomatic.  No false negatives, etc.

Deirdre McNamara, Doctor of Homeopathy, is the first Homeopath to consult in a New York Hospital in almost a century.  She has worked with diverse communities including recovering addicts.
